# 1703 - Penthouse

The top floor of the building acommodates three Penthouse Units.  Two are privately owned and the third (#1703) and largest is a Timeshare Unit.  It occupies one half of the top two floors.

A view as you enter 1703, with the staircase to the second floor, on the right.

Walk into a large open reception area, with access to the living room (to the right), large terrace facing the ocean, and kitchen and dining area (to the left).

The Living Room fills the area from the front of the building to the rear !

The Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen 

The Wide, Wonderful & Private Terrace wraps around the entire west and north side of the first floor of this unit !!

The Second Floor has 4 Large Bedrooms and three Marble Bathrooms.  

The Master Bedroom has windows that open to overlook the ocean, islands and beaches.  The Master Bedroom has a large marble bath with separate dressing room with sinks.

The 'Childrens Bedroom' has a Queen bed and two sets of Bunkbeds, with a beautiful view of the ocean and islands.

There are two other Bedrooms (Queen beds) not shown.  One of the bathrooms on the second floor has two shower heads in the large Marble shower.
